By accessing or using the JollyTurf website or hiring our professional artificial turf and landscaping installation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these comprehensive Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you are requested to discontinue use of our site and services immediately.

2. Services Provided

JollyTurf offers premium design, planning, grading, drainage, and artificial turf installation services across regional Southeast markets (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia). All proposals and plans are subject to local code reviews, property inspections, and detailed site constraints.

3. Payment Terms

Proposals issued by JollyTurf remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. A designated deposit (typically 50%) is required prior to project scheduling, with the remaining balance due immediately upon practical completion of work.

4. Warranties & Limitations

We proudly stand behind our work with our robust JollyTurf standard installation warranty. Product warranties are backed directly by our elite turf manufacturers. This warranty strictly excludes normal wear and tear, pet damage beyond defined specifications, extreme weather acts, or structural shifting of foundations.

5. Intellectual Property

All design plans, creative visual layouts, brand assets, imagery, technical specifications, and custom documentation produced by the JollyTurf design studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of JollyTurf systems.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. Please carefully review our complete Privacy Policy, which details our transparent standards for data collection, security protection, and information usage.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes arising from use of our website, design consultations, or installation agreements shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Wilmington, NC, governed under the laws of North Carolina.
